The manufacturer's range is enriched with new standard accessories and can be covered by the '4.0' subsides active - only for the italian market - until 31.12.2022, even without an Isobus tractor.
There are only a few weeks to go until the Italian government's 40% tax credit for the purchase of agricultural equipment. What does the agriculture 4.0 tax credit provide?
Introduced in January 2021, it represents an unprecedented opportunity for all farms that are willing to take advantage of concrete aid for the purchase of machinery and equipment for productive use and for companies that want to make a quantum leap by adopting digital solutions applied to the agro-mechanical sector.
For products recognised as suitable for '4.0', until 31 December 2022 it is possible - for Italian companies - to obtain a tax allowance of up to 40 per cent on investments made. This means that 40% of the total expenditure made can be recognised through a tax refund.
MaterMacc offers its customers various products that fall within this classification, including the MS 8130 EVO precision seed drill designed for sowing on tilled soil or in minimum tillage conditions. The EVO series is characterised by a seeding unit specially designed to work at speeds between 6 km/h and 12 km/h, while retaining the characteristics of compactness, robustness and low weight.
MS 8130 can be covered by the tax relief provided by Agricoltura 4.0 if it is combined with a tractor properly equipped with an Isobus electronic system or - if the tractor is not equipped with such technology - through MiPlus, the innovative and unique electronic control system developed by MaterMacc engineering and fitted as standard on the MS 8130 EVO model.
MiPlus stems from the idea of creating an operating system that does not require cumbersome wiring that is difficult to manage in the cab. In fact, the heart of the MiPlus system lies in an ECU that transmits information and the graphic interface via wireless. This means that any operator equipped with a Tablet, be it iOS or Android, can connect to the ECU without the need for dedicated cabling.
The data screen can be projected on both smartphones and tablets, with intuitive graphics.
The MiPlus configuration not only verifies that the seeding in progress is congruent with the parameters established by ISO 7256, but also highlights
- Seeding quality: percentage of doubles or failures per single row;
- Population: deviation of each row from the set investment/sowing distance values;
- Indication of active/off rows;
- Alarms for deviation from optimal sowing values;
- Lack of seed.
Why buy a precision planter MS 8130 EVO and what are its advantages?
The MaterMacc MS 8130 EVO model is equipped with a hydraulic telescopic frame that reduces the machine's space requirement when travelling on roads. The machine is light and compact and the overhanging weight is very limited. Extremely easy to use, the MS 8130 EVO has been revised in technical details and has the following features:
- 70 - 75 - 80 cm seeding spacing with the possibility of 50 and 60 cm spacing in 7 rows
- Available in 6 or 7 row versions
- Available in both mechanical and electric version (change to MS8130 ELEKTRO)
The EVO version already includes the following accessories as standard:
- MiPlus electronic system that gives access to Agriculture 4.0 subsidies by adding remote file detachment and portal subscription
- 10" tablet with tractor cab mount
- MagicSem PLUS distributor for high speed and precision performance
- 1200 L hopper: large capacity for greater efficiency in the field
- Double fan for blowing fertiliser on side elements
Among the new accessories included in the price is the Bee Protection Kit, which consists of conveyors applied to the machine fan that direct the flow of tanning dust towards the ground instead of into the atmosphere. This important device avoids the danger of poisoning bees, whose presence is fundamental for the balance of our ecosystem.
