Matermacc has always been a point of reference in the field of innovation and technology applied to agriculture. The mechanical seeders, although apparently simple, are improved every year.
Matermacc has the uniqueness to develop every single detail internally, without relying on suppliers of components. Operating elements, seed and fertilizer pipes and above all distributors: all these elements are of Matermacc design and construction.
GRANO AND GRANO X
The latest technical innovation of the company concerns the GRANO and GRANO X seed drills. Matermacc distributors have the peculiar and fundamental characteristic of being able to distribute seed or fertilizer without distinction. The distributors can be used to distribute mixed seeds (grasses) of different sizes. At the same time it is possible to distribute fertilisers or microgranular products for pesticide treatments or for weed control intended for the seed/fertiliser version. Through the slats of the dispenser it is possible to quickly select the desired spool and the distribution volumes. The unique and refined design Matermacc, with hermetic closure for protection from dust and external agents, allows you to see the spool in operation thanks to the transparent door.
Matermacc is one of the few companies in the world that allows these special and increasingly seeding combinations.
MSD ELEKTRO
The family of MSD Elektro has also been the subject of innovation thanks to the introduction of the new Magicdrill MY2022, completely revised for pneumatic seed drills for cereals and for front hoppers for the multipurpose distribution of seed or fertilizer.
Matermacc Research and Development has in fact revised the functional aspects of the distributor improving the management of the small seeds. It has also taken the opportunity to simplify its use with a system of exclusion of spools easy and fast, without removing any device (e.g. spool, covers, etc.). The system has been replaced by a series of blades that can be operated from the outside «A-B» (see image).
Another improvement was the modification of the «D» feelers with a different operating principle and the possibility to cut off independently those of the small seeds from those of the large seeds. A simplified small seed gear wheel «E» has been introduced with revised teeth to limit the wear of the feeler; as a result, the passage of the seeds has also been improved.
The new materials used make the MSD ELEKTRO of Matermacc a machine suitable for all seasons, usable all the time of the year. The first models will be available in early 2022
